Step 3: Download Cricut Design Space Software

You know that the machine runs with built-in software called Design Space. Hence, you need to download this software on your computer. Let’s check how to do it.

  2. Then, you’ll observe a Windows icon on your computer’s desktop at the taskbar. You need to click on it.
  3. Now, open the Google Chrome browser.
  4. Once you’re on your internet browser, navigate to design.cricut.com and hit enter.
  5. After that, you should head to Cricut’s official website to download the Design Space app.
  6. Hit the Download option to get the software.
  7. Moving forward, save your file; by default, it’ll be saved under the Downloads folder.
  8. In the next step, move to your Downloads folder and double-click on your file.
  9. Next, allow the installation to run.
  10. Finally, continue with the on-screen instructions.

Step 4: Sign in to Cricut Software or Create a New Account

Once you complete the installation of your software, you must sign in to your Cricut account (only if you’re an existing Cricut user). Moreover, if you are a beginner, you should create a new account. Let’s see how to create one.
