  1. Check if your Maker cutting machine is turned on. If not, turn it on. Also, confirm the distance between your machine and the computer; it should not exceed 15 feet.
  2. After that, you will have to move to the Start menu on the taskbar and hit the Settings option(a Gear-like icon).
